"Themed III" is the third soundtrack to sci-fi and horror movies that don't exist.

I started making this album November 2021. I wanted to keep the themes and ideas fresh as if the story/stories were ongoing from "Theme II".

This is the outcome.

When I originally started working on this album, I was going to go in the sci-fi direction. Think, ALIEN. Atmospheric and droning, dark tones. While you can still hear some of that, I decided to stick to the original story I had in mind with Themed I and II.

I took inspiration for 80's, 90's and modern horror this time around. John Carpenter, Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross all influenced the final chapter of this story.

The last two songs "Her Shadow" and "Conclusion" were the last two songs I completed for this album.

"Her Shadow" was started weeks before I had to say goodbye to my cat Spooky (perfect name). After we had to let her go, I was able to finish this song. The title is a reference to how she would always follow my wife Laura.

"Conclusion" was written as a response to "Halloween Ends". I'm not a fan of the movie and wanted to write something that sounded like what I imagined the epic showdown of the franchise could sound like. I also feel like this song leaves the door open for a "Themed IV".
