Scapegoat Wax has been a staple in my music rotation since their single "Aisle 10" was released in the heyday of MTV2.  You may know that one or "Space To Share" which was featured in a "Malcolm In The Middle" episode (I think that's a thing.. unless my mind made that up in a haze of smoking too much..)

Since their release of "SWAX" in 2002, all has been quite on the homefront, minus some work Marty James did with Snoop Dogg (if you haven't heard these jams, check them out ASAP).

Then in November of 2021, a surprise song on my Spotify "Release Radar" appeared: "Reckless".  It was apart of a trilogy of EP's to be released.

20 years later Scapegoat Wax had returned and I was way more excited than probably most people.

"Reckless" was the featured single and I was drawn in right away.  To top it off, shortly after the release of the second EP, Mighty Oak Records announced there would be a remix contest for the song.  So I had to jump at it...

Fast forward... my remix wasn't selected (doh!) - however I got a personal email from Marty James giving me props on the remix and his blessing to release it for everyone to hear.  

So without further adieu, I check off a bucket list item and present my remix of a Scapegoat Wax song.
